Photos taken just 2 months apart.

The bottom photo was my first and second implant from a very reputable doctor. The issue is that obviously the capsule for the implant was placed too low and was NOT flattering at all. Lower lack of fullness and strange lower shape. Slight asymmetry due to availability of correctly sized silicone implants. Arm down, was just ok. The issue was asking a good doctor to do something which they don’t usually do. In my case the largest silicone implant offered at the time, 925cc, where the doctor was mostly doing 600cc and smaller implants for a “natural look”. In retrospect, huge red flag. I will not call out any doctor here…HOWEVER, if you want beautiful bimbo tits, don’t make this mistake. GO TO A BIMBO DOCTOR!!!!

Top photo: post capsulectomy (removal of silicone implant) significant lower crease repair using VERY EXPENSIVE internal mesh including muscle repair, placement of overfilled saline implant (1200 and 1250 to correct the assymetry I naturally have) and double crescent lift for nipple placement. This was VERY expensive to repair (25k USD) but as you can see the results are round and beautiful. Bottom round and full, nipple placement perfect. Significant pain and healing time due to needing such an extensive repair. OUCH! The tits of my dreams. Dr. Revis did the work on top and it is absolutely fucking art! I can’t say enough. 1000% satisfied!

TLDR: pick the right doctor the first time and don’t let a non bimbo doc try to make you a bimbo. You will regret it.

"If you don't have a wedge pillow, get one. I'm a side sleeper, and it really helped me after my surgery. I created a pillow fort kinda. Like a pillow or 2 on each side of me.

But anyways, congrats on your surgery. You'll be swollen for the first couple of weeks, but it will turn out great. My surgeon gave me scar cream. Just remember to use it if given.

I've also heard not to buy any new bras until the swelling goes down. They should give you a surgical bra after the surgery."

"You should def not stay awake: your surgeon will do their best work with you staying still.
