Definitely the slow way. Like you said it will be more addictive and drawn out, but also a lot more fun and rewarding. Seeing consistent progress will not only make you feel good (and look good), it will serve as a reward to keep you motivated and inspire you to reach your next goal. It's also easier to manage one change at a time and then make future changes based on what you've already had done.
The problem with the fast way is that bimboficaiton is expensive, and by the time you save enough to make a bunch of big changes you might have lost motivation, decided you don't want the changes any more, or found something else to spend the money on.
Doing things the slow way will allow you to change and grow your style one thing at a time, in way that feels natural and easy to change. After a procedure or wardrobe change, you might decide to go a different route after you see the changes in the mirror. Doing things the fast way, if you make big enough changes right off the bat, you might be stuck with them.
